Rock On!!!!!!!
I heard Van Halen's "Cradle Will Rock" today on the radio and it blew me away. It says my favorite line, "Rock On!", and I jammed out in the car.
Those types of songs are fun to hear and, if a band can pull them off, exciting to watch live. I would like to hear from some of you out there on what you like to hear, so I can get a list together.
So, if you read this, please post a few classic or new songs you would want to hear if you saw a live band.

Pour Some Sugar on Me (Def Leopard) and Sweet Child of Mine (GNR), hands down! I could hear Sweet Child of Mine in the background of one of the customer calls today and I was immediately transported back to junior high, riding home on the school bus, singing GNR at the top of our lungs...
O.K. I thought about this after we talked yesterday...
I was really into the Hair Bands in High School. My faves were Def Leppard & Winger... the ones that Beavis and Buttheads friend (guy they picked on) Stuart wore t-shirts of all the time.
Songs I would like to hear:
Hole Hearted Extreme
Love and Affection Nelson
Hungry Winger
Nothin' But a Good Time Poison
Paradise City Guns n' Roses
That's all for now...
Why does everybody go back to the hair bands? Even though I had a blonde afro-mullet, I only like some of the music in the hair metal days. I want to play some songs from the grunge days too. Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam (off the first album).
The 90's aren't far away enough yet. I JUST started reminiscing about the 90's bands in the past year. Give me a few mor years and they will be on my list of golden oldies!
Besides that, everyone reflects to when they were jr high/high school first when thinking about music. It's one the most influencial time of your life, you're forming your taste in music...
So here's my 90's pick. I want see Smashing Pumpkins live with an orchestra doing Disarm.
